The reason i say of course is this. Almost every piece of new DX has ever given has been via their website. If they were in the habit of mass emailing everyone then i could see the other side. It was their own decision to use this method primarily. Now, if GDT's new phone service is seperate from DXSynergy, which i suppose it will be, and DX is no longer going to have any services then why pay the hosting bill? Why not simply say "DXS is dead and we are moving on to bigger and better things.".... This whole discussion of Phone usage is entirely outside of DXS. If you notice, the interviewee keeps trying to shift the focus onto this new idea vs the old, outdated DXS one. but he had his chance to do so by blaming it on people misusing the system. He instead chose to make the point that things are now fixed and ready to come back online. Why both? either he doesnt need it or he is coming back.
Is it possible he is meaning he doesnt need a website for the phone service side of things?
Even for VOIP there is need of some web presence because most likely customers will be expected to pay the bill on line. Either that or I don't understand how that works.

Yes, the site should be up and running. They should also post the progress of the system. Though I can't understand why it is taking so long to start up the site.
A mischievous band of cats has invaded the island of Vanuatu and eaten all the mice operating the generators of several Global server stations. Stay toon for more at Eleven.
As a side note:
Many notable local restaurants have been seen replacing the normal ingredients of their cuisines with...yep you guessed it... Cats.
