I just emailed my contact on Vanuatu again to see if theres any movement on the local legal proceedings. I doubt we'll get a straight answer from Merv/GDT. Its 2 months since my last contact, something may be happening now even in South Seas time.

Regardless of their reason for the site being down, no self-respectiving legitamet business goes offline for this long without fully informing their customers and clients.

Note the bold parts. Just how hypocritical a statement can one make.
If it is time for those who are 'talking about taking GDT to court' to 'put up or shut up', why is it not time for GDT themselves to 'put up or shut up'?

I am under the distinct impression that IF there is a court proceeding in the works, the individuals that instituted the proceedings CANNOT "put up or shut up" at all until the proceedings are complete and a judgement rendered.
I think the ones being refferred to are the ones talking about the ones possibly instituting action, like me. I wrote to the legal people in the Vanuatu government, I'll shut up until I receive an answer.
