Great Post. on the travels to Vanuatu

However, I must admit to everyone, I have not touched DXIO for sometime. I must have been approximately 1.5 years since I logged into my account. I have invested $1,800 CAD into this. So many changes, so little confidence. I am at the point I am going to tell my account to book of a loss. I am ashamed because I know how he snickered at me, investing in 'digots offshore'...arrgghhh. I told him it was a legitimate business opportunity - not without its risks mind you.

I was totally shocked when I found my old login details and attempted to log into my DX Synergy account. Eureka! DX still exists. I maybe thought that everyone else's opinion that DXinone was a scam was right and I was too blind by the radical opportunity to be part of something potentially huge in the - date I say - 'Global Economy'. Today I could not even find DXINONE on the net. Some say the site is down. Please, I do not mean to be negative (talking to Moderators) but I would like some input. What is everyones current impression of DX? I remember the last time I was logged in was when there was the outexchange fiasco! Has anything changed? Are people's money still being held hostage? I couldn't even but digots anymore.

Warren Barnes of Learn e-Currency exchanging and all the other gurus have left. I have no where to learn things or how to navigate through the DX System anymore. I am so out of touch and out of the loop or the DXloop. Those digot things real anyone? Are they still working, investing? What about the whole difference between the production funds and the like? Is that still an issue or has that changed too?

So confused. Can anyone give me an update that a confused newbie can understand?

Welcome back to the forums DigotDan. We are now 4allaccounts.com and are expanding our focus to online income generation besides DX.

Well I'm not going to try writing a synopsis of what has happened with DX in the last 1 1/2 to 2 years. They are currently off line and have been off line quite a bit over the last at least one year. There is always hope they will put the whole concept together and we will all sing their praises.

I'm going to let those that wish to comment and fill you in from here take over.

I have been waiting this out for two years. I have done all DX said to do to make the system work better and have played by all the rules but it is apparent that they have taken our money and do not plan on letting any of us get to it. When this was portrayed as an investment I had no problem with the potential to loose my investment. Since DX has said that it is a credit storage sytem, that I have a problem with. If I had a credit with AMEX and they refused to give it back to me when I closed my account or prohibited me from using that credit and they did the same to thousnads of clients there would be an investigation. So I am writing to the US Attorney General and letting that office know what has been going on. I think it might be wise for everyone to do the same. The chances that something will or even can be done is most likely slim and none but at least I'll feel better about myself for trying to do something about this situation.

Would the US Attorney General have any kind of jurisdiction? Or would they simply have to pass the information on to their counterparts in Vanuatu and hope they did something?

Probably the latter, but if enough people complain, the Vanuatu Govt will have to do something.

To whom do we complain? I have already written off the money I deposited with them, but it's the principle of the thing. A lot of people have collectively lost a huge amount of money. There are too many scams in this world already, and it would be good to know that the perpetrators are being tracked down - even if there is nothing left for the 'victims' at the end of the day.

As CuriousGeorge mentioned the US Attorney General since you live in the US. It seems like taking the long way around but the options seem a bit limited.

You probably just put into text what some are thinking (only a guess on my part).

And that is precisely where the discussions within these forums can become heated since there are those that believe DXS can make it all up to everyone if only given enough time and fresh funds. Others are of the opinion DXS misspent the funds intended to build the operation and spent more than enough time to have something positive to work with.
