I Can't Remember How DXS Works! Can You Help Me?

The first thing you will want to do is to get an idea of exactly "what you have" and "where"
From your DXService Summary Page (the page you see after you login). You will see all account figures for both your Portfolio and DXAccount. If you click on the link below your totals that says "real time figures", you will see how your funds are classified. You can also see on that page the link for your Credit Report. That will also give you some information regarding funds "IN" vs funds "OUT". I recommend that you write everything down as you will have to refer back to it frequently in order to get any understanding at all.
Once you have that information, you can come back in here and do some searches to see what each of those mean for your specific account. Then, when you have questions formulated in your mind (and I'm sure there will be plenty), you can get more specific in what you want to ask us.
Its near impossible for us to give you a "DXS in a nutshell" that would make any sense in just one thread, so the best thing for you to do is to formulate your questions one at a time, and write them down so that we can tackle them in a way that will make sense to you. Then, step by step you will begin to understand - - - and if not, you can always ask another question.
When it comes to understanding DXS, we can't do it for you, but we can help you along on your journey. I hope this helps give you something to start with, and a direction to go in.

Very nice and thoughtful reply to this poor person who must be even more disoriented than I. More than just, "read, read, read", but gave some nice pointers on exactly where to start and what direction to move from there to get back up to speed. That is what makes this a nice place to come.

Hi Bob,
Welcome back! I've moved your post to this thread where it will get more attention and assistance.
As for DXS - - - in a nut-shell, they are currently off-line, and have been for a week or more. You have a lot to get caught up on if you've been gone for awhile - probably too much to put in a quick one post answer. I recommend that you do some reading here to get a general idea, and then come back with some specific questions that we can answer.
Start with the first post in this thread, then click on the "Forum" link in the header at the top of the page and do some browsing. There are some very good topics there that should give you enough information to formulate your specific questions, and we'll try to take it from there.
I hope this helps, and isn't too vague - - - it just would take way too long to catch you up from that long ago, to what has happened in the interim, all the way to present situation.
Margaret

Hi Bill,
I've moved your post to this thread where I feel you will receive the information you are asking for. Please start by reading this thread from the beginning, then post again when you have more specific questions that we might help you with.
Welcome back! I hope this helps you!

Clear as MUD
Where can I get the real skinny of what is truly going on with DXSynergy and who has the ear of the company right now?
I invested a ton of money in this system since May 2005 and have been through a LOT of changes but getting funds out seems to be next to impossible. BTW I have no DxDebit.

The only place I know of that is still discussing DXS even to a limited extent is right here. Currently, you cannot log into any of DXS's websites, they are "off-line" for reasons that are not clear or known to me.
Who has the "ear" of DXS? I don't think anyone has the "ear" of DXS. There are a few people (2 or 3) that seem to be able to talk with the principle figure at GDT, but I strongly suspect the calls are originated from GDT to these people. I do not think they simply pick up the phone and "chat" with GDT.
As far as "T" funds conversions go, that was quite a while ago. Now DXS is doing DXG (Standard), DXG (Credit) and DXG (Rewards), which is in the process of being adapted now to a more streamlined system (I think) that involves DXG (Gold), DXG (Gold -Federal Reserve), and DXG (Credit).
DXG (Gold) is input funds less out put funds.
DXG (Gold Federal Reserve) is a sub category of DXG (Gold) that is actual funds brought in through the GDT preferred eCurrency called Federal Gold. Since Federal Gold is also on the GDT servers, you cannot access that either.
DXG (Credit) is the "earnings" you have made over time after all the many adjustments, reductions, funds transfers, re-allocations, etc. These funds cannot be removed from the system without an equivalent amount of DXG (Gold) being held as collateral.
What it all boils down to is this. Currently, IF the site were up, and IF you were paying the recently re-introduced fees on your DXG (Credit), the only funds you could truly remove from the system are your original input funds less any funds you were successful in removing. If you have been for a long time, there is a very good chance you have removed your input funds and as a result, have nothing left to remove.
Remember, the "earnings" are funds awarded to you for use WITHIN the DXS system for services and products that are ready to be rolled out "in the next weeks". For anyone that did not quite understand that last sentence, it is merely a quotation of the most common phrase used by DXSupport and is meant to be a reflection of their actions and veracity.
Additionally, there is very little sign of any Blue Chip funds withdrawals being honored at this time, even though that was a contractual obligation incurred by GDT as part of the contract entered into by GDT with the people investing in Blue Chip.
Hope that helps.

Thanks for your quick reply. I put in $11,500 and took out $1,500. My current TDV is around $10k with a little credits. What do I need to do to keep it rolling?
