Has there been ANY news/communications from DXS lately?

Hi Kemosabe,

Welcome back. Good to see you posting again.

There has been no "new" news from DXS at all. The last we heard the url has expired, and not been renewed, and the principal is in the process of starting a new phone service in Vanuatu.

There was an interview in a local newspaper in Vanuatu which may or may not have been the person "in charge". There was some question about the manner of speech, and words chosen that didn't "sound like" what the people that went there may have remembered, but no-one disproved it for sure, and when it was published, there was no-one stepping up saying "that wasn't me". All that being said, we can assume that it was indeed the person they were claiming to be.

DXS has been offline for almost a year now, and most everyone has moved on to "greener pastures". There are a very few that are still holding out hope, but with every day that passes it is more and more unlikely that they will reappear at all.

We do have some other interesting threads here, if you'd like to take a peak around and see what folks are up to now!

I hope to see you posting again real soon!

Well, with sadness , I am declaring to myself the death of DXS. The money that I invested is now lost.

I will take your suggestion, Margaret. There are some interesting bits if information being discussed openly here. That is very valuable.

CG, I took your poll ... it depends on my perceived value of an item. For me I always factor in S&H to get the total sales price to me. So with that in mind, free is never really free if there are S&H charges. But that's just how I frame my purchases.
