The person you most likely want to talk to is CuriousGeorge (who is likely to be away from the forum for a few days). BlueChip is a difficult subject because the investors essentially agreed to 'non-disclosure' outside of the BlueChip arena. We do have a private BlueChip forum though and if you are a BC Investor then CG will be able to give you access.

Thank Goodness I decided not to invest in that hidious Blue Chip scenario. What a distastrous event that would have been. $33,000 CAD out of my pocket I was actually going to borrow to invest. Thank you Lord for giving me better judgement. So it does sound like was really a scam after all.

I do not speak for Allan (the Guru) but no sarcasm could easily be taken from what you asked.

I think the only way for 4AllAccounts to view the non-disclosure right now is as a matter of displaying our integrity regardless of how DXS/GDT chooses to display theirs.

Since you said none of your funds were put into the Blue Chip program I personally fail to see what benefit any of that information could be to you.

If you signed an agreement, then yes, it does matter. If we assist in the breaching of that agreement, we could be held accountable. DXS may be offline, but it's not "officially" dead, so as far as the agreements go, they stand.

Guru will answer for himself but I think it really matters at this point. If I find out this is over then it may not matter but then the whole thing won't matter.

I fully understand your feelings on this (and I actually totally agree) ... but has the others have also mentioned, this is the policy that we have taken at 4AllAccounts and for the benefit of all DXBlueChip holders it is one that we must continue to maintain.

As a former Blue Chip holder who did not receive all of the funds in my account back, despite 1 year of messages with no reply, I can say with some pretty good certainty that if you have money in there now, you are going to be waiting until Purgatory freezes over to see any money back. I have written off the few thousand US Dollars they still owe me, as I doubt I will ever collect it.

Just another bad decision where DXS is concerned.

What ever happened to that old addage, don't throw good money after bad? I didn't seem to get that through my thick skull for far too long.
