The main system is taking longer but there are a number of areas that are being worked on at the same time that we want to have available when we go back online. The timing is not too far away and we are keen to have it go online with the main part of the system that we have not been able to release before.

I've written back asking for a rough estimate, but whatever the answer that comes back, I wouldn't treat it as guaranteed, after all, last time they told me it would be back up in a day and that was a month ago.

Could you please ask them also:
What is this 'main system' and 'main part of the system that DXS was not able to release before'???
Which 'areas' that DXS want to have available when they go online again are meant here???
I asked that also Ben when I asked them for an ETA, because its not clear what they mean by it.

And this may be obvious to many of the rest of you (?) ...
And I certainly don't (generally) want to be negative, you know?, but ...
This is NOT how you successfully / professionally develop and roll-out software!!!
you know?

Michael, you're not being negative at all. Your statement is as plain and true as the proverbial nose on one's face. Apparently GDT does not see things this way, much to their detriment. It is naive at best that somehow they think any large numbers will be drawn to their "main system" when and if it ever launches.
Only time will tell if they can ever recover and make DX work.
