DX Support message about DXG-R in red ID: IWR-UHEQCW-PCA7
Got this from my cousin who asked that I share it here.
Message:
My rewards balance is in the red. Do I have to repay? What happens when you convert?
May I share your response?
Hello Mike,
The negative is part of the movement of the 'On Hold' and pending action in the account and will be offset and corrected at the time of the conversion. There is no need to make repayment as this will be done at the time of the conversion.

Thanks for posting that RobbieMor. That was actually quite understandable. Does anyone know which conversion number the upcoming one will be?

Speaking of FG INX's... here's a support reply I got awhile back.

Support,
I'm sure you are aware that there have been some questions about article 199 in DX4ALL forums as to whether what is stated in that article is actually functioning. So, here is my question (for verification of my understanding of how it 'should be'). Please let me know if what I state below is correct.
At this point I have OX'd DX-C to EG (an EC). So now my account balances read;
DXG Standard = 82.61 DXG
DXG Standard (on hold) = 50.00 DXG
Now, if I understand things correctly, should I now INX $50 via FG, then my account (after the INX) should return to and read;
DXG Standard = 132.61 DXG
DXG Standard (on hold) = 0.00 DXG
Is that correct?
Also, may I post your response in the forum?
Thanks,
Ken

Hello Ken,
That is partly correct because your InXchange from Federal Gold also needs to be included. You would still have 132.61 in DXGold Standard of which 50.00 is in your Federal Gold Reserve balance.
The Federal Gold Reserve balance is a floating amount that covers both account and portfolio balances, which means in your example that 132.61 could be OutXchanged if there was still 50.00 DXGold Standard in your portfolio as this value would be fully Federal Gold Reserve funds.
DXGold Standard = 132.61 DXG plus OutXchange refund
Federal Gold Reserve = 50.00 DXG
DXGold Standard (on hold) = 0.00 DXG
We hope we have been of assistance, if you have any further questions or queries please don't hesitate to reply.

Now, as I read that, then yes, the DC-C is 'converted' to DX-S... however, I am not sure I understand the portion stating "if there is DXG in your portfolio"... If it was INX'd, couldn't it be simply first in your IB and then just transferred to AB? In that case it would not be in your portfolio, but in your account? I am guessing that it could... or, that they are referring to 'if' one had then moved the INX's FG to port.
Anyway, if the 'reply' button on the support tickets were working, I would ask that directly of DX. But at this point, I thought perhaps maybe somebody in here has sufficient understanding to shed some light on how the 'floated' FG/DXG thing works or relates. Anyone... ?

Thats all I have ever done with my account, and thats bring in FG and outxchange it back to FG. I was going to try something else so I had a better grasp of what they are trying to say, but as DXS is down at the moment, I couldn't try it. I have a feeling I know what they mean, but will have to try it first before saying for sure.
