You know, I was specifically told, more than once, that the "services" were on the shelf, complete and ready to be rolled out. The first time I recall hearing that was 3 years ago.

Perhaps they didn't know that they didn't work when they were complete.

Right... but they've also had a major turnover in technical/programming staff... and just perhaps they were given inaccurate info by the people who were doing the programming...

What continues to amaze me is the fact that are seemingly STILL deciding to work on insignificant things while there are many, many, MANY pieces of the existing system that either need fixing or do not work at all.

Or maybe they were never ready to roll out in the first place. History tends to repeat itself with DXS.
