Well, for me, the float comes first. I'll move some to IB to pay the fee at 2.5%.
Question I have is this: Have the people getting outXchanges now already paid their fees? I am reasonably sure you have not, but what about some of the others?
Also, do you think we should start a thread where we can have people list if their inXchange went to another DXMember (Merchant) or GDT? I suspect GDT will be accepting all or the vast majority of the inXchanges. But it would be interesting to see what actually happens.
You know, I have 4.00 in eGold. Maybe I should just inXchange it?

There weren't any fees to pay... so no, the people who have received outxchanges haven't "already paid their fees"

Hmmm....
Will they process $1,000+ in OutXs so that I can pay my fees? I think not.
I'd be happy to pay them if they'll process the OutXs to cover the fees. Bringing in more $$ from the outside? No way.
Maybe they think this new system will allow them to keep all the loot because we didn't maintain our accounts by paying the fees?

Maybe you have something their. I have enough OXs listed to cover fees and will pay those fees when/if the OXs happen but will not put more outside money in to pay those fees.

This is the problem that they're going to have. Most people have no problem paying the fees, so long as they can get an OutXchange processed so they CAN pay them. But DXS wont do that. Instead, you'll either have to pay from IB, or inXchange new funds. InXchanging fresh funds IMHO is borderline stupidity.

You can, but you wont get anything from DXS if you do that, and the value of the fees will still come off your account balances.

I would love to see DX succeed, and to finally get to where they have been planning to go for years. However, I personally cannot commit to paying more money out of pocket. I would be more than happy to pay the fees from outexchanges, though.
Hey, at least they are posting updates, that's a good thing, right?
