Title: Main DXSystem News Update
News Article Content
After some time being offline due to hardware and communication failure and system upgrading, the DXSystem is now preparing to move to the full global trading platform that has been the main focus from the beginning of development.
We can only apologize for the inconvenience caused by the downtime to all those concerned.
During the downtime the size of the economy has been adjusted to a level now that can move off and provide a flow that will be driven via all the services that will again come online and the new services. The sheer size of the programming behind merging the services into an economy meant that extra time was needed to update a new programming team that is capable of taking the system to the full capacity.
There have been a number of changes behind the scene in services that are online and offline which were necessary to upgrade before moving forward to give the system the ability to span across all the services that form the economy.
Up to now many DXUsers have seen the DXSystem as only the account and portfolio to gain and remove funds to other services.
For the current user who sees the DXSystem as a single account and portfolio they will still be able to use the services however the long term purpose has been to build an economy in a way that no other exists. Along the way the system has used external payment services that have been to store value, now this will change with the main global trading being activated using the Federal Gold payment service to operate the economy.
As an update and information of the downtime over the last several months, there was a hardware failure that caused the complete communication shutdown and although there were numerous expert technicians providing possibilities the problem was briefly corrected after a piece of hardware was repaired. The intermittent connection was totally unexplainable and the system was closed down because of the interference caused to other satellite services across the region.
A full equipment return and test was ordered and the equipment has only now been returned and will be reinstalled during the next days. There was a fault found with the original hardware item which had a 'masked' fault that was unable to be detected away from a major test service.
The re-installation does mean a downtime of several hours which will be scheduled over the next days and will be notified in the News Updates.
A major downtime of 24 hours will be scheduled over the next 2 weeks for a major changeover and again this will be notified in the News Updates.
Thank you for your time and we hope to have the full system and services operating fully during this month.
