Many of us learned long ago that "Island Time", especially in Vanuatu, can be very different from our sense of time and time zones.

It's absolutely astounding that GDT has taken this long just to establish a reliable connection. Perhaps they haven't entered the 21st Century yet.

Probably no matter what I say it will offend someone but my guess is they are in the 21st Century and in their view doing things in the way they believe is right.

Exactly... they've had 7 or so years to 'get it right'... Perhaps they still may... somehow... someway.... But, "the proof is still in the puddin' "

As it stands, "the puddin' " looks likel this;
- They've taken peoples money.
- They've 'lost' or mismanaged it to the point that they can not honor or 'back' their account holders 'deposits'.
- They 'say' (when they can keep their site online) that they intend to 'make good' on that... But, "good intentions" can not be taken to a bank.
- They are not online.
- They have not communicated to their clients as to why it's taking so long.
- They've called our concerns "petty" issues.

So, what does this 'duck' look like? Some still adamantly say it looks like a golden calf... Some of us are still crazy enough to hold out some hope... But not without some serious doubts that 'quack' means 'duck'.

NOBODYcan think that what they're doing is "right." They're just so buried in problems they've run out of excuses. Whenever they DO say something, it doesn't happen. I figure that they figure they'll just keep their mouths shut. I.e., News is usually wrong news, so, therefore, NO news is just no news.
