Hi. SOOOOO glad to see you back up and running. Since we've had no news reports, perhaps you're still doing some clean-up.

But the question on everyone's mind is -- what now? Because of trust concerns, many people (myself included) did not renew their DXGlobal company. I think I read somewhere that we in that category will have last rights for having OutXs processed or receiving InXs. And, we can't process Xchanges for other users. (So we have minimal opportunities to grow our accounts.) What are you going to do with us and our money? I doubt you can just hand it back, but you must have a plan for your many supporters who have been unable to keep investing fresh funds. Please share that information as clearly as possible.

And, if our DX funds are not liquid and we're not EARNING something with it, do we have to pay fees for it to sit there?

Hope still runs high for DXS to succeed. We could use a little communication right now (or a lot).

May I share your response?

So …

Why didn’t they just Post all of these “updates “/ this information in their “News Updates”? or …

Send out a mass emailing to all DXAccount holders?

Sorry, but the ways in which they chose to communicate, and/or the lack thereof, what IMHO appears to be important information both for all DXAccount holders whom could help them recover/stimulate their Economy/Business makes no sense (at least to me)!

What do the rest of you think?

I feel Very Sorry for any DXAccount holders who are not active 4AllAccount Members and therefore would have no way of knowing all of this!

I think DXS don't give a crap about their users. This is shown not only in the way they don't offer any customer service, but also in the way that unless you do something for them (ie. put some kind of "asset" [money] into the system) they look down upon you as next to worthless.

I got this information yesterday and I am only able to share some of it here as the majority of it was personal in nature.

O.K. so now it should have said "This should come out before the end of April 08".

It will cost to have one of the new 'entities' but not as much as a DXGC (DXGlobal Company).
