If there was an accountable third party controlling the funds, I would also be interested. But it would have to be someone impervious to "sweet talk" and "con artistry".

Back Online
I like the idea that DX is back on line. Can someone post up directions on how to log on?

Not back on line for me and I'll guess not for any one else either.

I'm a bit confused by your post, and wonder where you got the idea that DXS is back online??? They've been offline for the better part of 6 months to a year now, and there is no website to log in to, nor any way to contact them at all. I think last I heard the email and phone numbers have either been changed, or no-one is responding to them (?).
I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the majority of people are now of the opinion that DXS has gone for good. The last we heard, Merv (the main principal of DXS) was attempting to start up a telephone business in Vanuatu to try to make some money, and the domain names for most DX related sites are either now expired, or are coming up due, and in danger of expiring in the near future.
While there are still a very few holdouts that are trying to remain positive, its not looking so good for DX - - - but have a look around the forum while you're here, and see if there isn't something else that might interest you.
We are trying to diversify into other online arenas outside of DX. We would sure like to hear from you and what else you are looking at, or working with online. Whether PRO or CON, tell us where you've been, if you're investing, or involved in any programs, and what you think about them.

Wow, people still talk about DX? Actually does make you wonder what Merv is up to these days. I notice the cheersquad (ie. those Merv wrapped around his little finger and who gave us all crap for doubting him) have gone ultra quiet... guess it sucks to be wrong huh?
