Yes, it is but in my case I found that several email notification from dxs starts noreply@.. and this kind of addresses are blocked by one of my ISP. When I changed the setting described as above, my next mail server is accepting those noreply email addresses of dxs also.
Should I request to dxs for the change of those addresses which start with 'noreply' from the system?
regards - yatry

If you are wanting to change your Primary email.. you should be able to do that, too.
First go to 'DXPersonal > DXProfile > Edit > Email Addresses' and add a new email address by clicking the 'Add Email' button. Then have this address verified. You would have to do this step first as a Primary Email must always be active in the system.
After verification.... you may then choose to set this new email address as your Primary Email. Your original email can now be set as your Security Email, left as a backup, or deleted from the system.
Then you could change the settings again if you choose to do so.

Thanks Ro, I'll give it a go

Ok, I wanted to trf some DXG-C from AB to my Portfolio.
I got the message:
SORRY, TRANSFER AMOUNT IS GREATER THAN YOUR "DXG CREDIT" BALANCE.
Scrolled down to correct the amount and it says:
Step 5 - Transfer Source
Funds Source:
PF xxx.xx DXG
Type 1 xxx.xx DXG
Type 2 00.00 DXG
Type 3 00.00 DXG
I know I can go back and start the process all over, but this has to be fixed.

No, it was the dot com site for sure. I can only check the trade exchange from there, so that is the one I login these days.
