I got an email for both submitting an support thread and receiving a replay to that thread. Just put in another one and got the email confirming it was done.

May they just don't like CC or mwong92683.

Or maybe BlackStone is stopping the emails.

In that case, they don't like me either!

I didn't get emails after sending or receiving threads and answers already before it went down. I have a support thread on the issue waiting for an answer since June.

The e-mail replies go to your Primary e-mail, that is, the one you stated was your Primary e-mail when you originally signed up. I have not found a way to change that.

If you are just wanting to just change where email notifications go... you can change the email settings that you have already set in the system.... 'DXPersonal > DXProfile > Edit > Email Settings'.

You can have notifications go to any email that you decide (Primary.. Security.. or both). As long as the addresses have been verified in the DXSystem.

If you are wanting to change your Primary email.. you should be able to do that, too.

First go to 'DXPersonal > DXProfile > Edit > Email Addresses' and add a new email address by clicking the 'Add Email' button. Then have this address verified. You would have to do this step first as a Primary Email must always be active in the system.

After verification.... you may then choose to set this new email address as your Primary Email. Your original email can now be set as your Security Email, left as a backup, or deleted from the system.

Then you could change the settings again if you choose to do so.
