 I love this thread.
Guru, do you still think we should mail to support about every bug we find? Because to me at the moment it looks like one big messup. I mean, NOTHING works -
But if you think it helps I'll gladly write some notes.

I'd say yes.. report the bugs... because if EVERYONE assumes someone else has already reported it... nothing will get reported..
Then stay online because they may answer quickly with some follow-on questions (that happened to me.. )

Yup. Totally agree with Jan again ... OMG, I keep doing that recently
As Jan said, if we don't do it assume someone else will, no one will do it. But also as I mentioned before, if a lot of people report the same error they will realise that that error affects a lot of people and should therefore correct the problem with more priority.

for me I got on the semi DXSnergy but I can,t sumit bug because I cannot get on the site

DXS has only recently started coming back online after being down for something over two months. None of us have any insider means of submitting support threads to them at this point in time. We are all hoping they get the DNS problems sorted out and become fully functional. Until then I suggest keeping a record of the bugs you have noticed and check to make sure they still exist when you are able to contact support.

I am not getting the emails I used to get when I opened a support thread. I am going to presume that I will NOT get an email when/if the thread is answered either. Anyone else notice this?
