ASDCashGenerator.com
I know – I know – another surf program, and we all know what happens to them, right?
But wait! – here’s a program that’s been around for a long time. It’s ASDCashGenerator. In its previous incarnation it was called AdSurfDaily (it was posted in this forum on Dec.7, 2006). They had their problems too, but reorganized, and in fact they did fully refund those who wanted refunds, or, as in my case, transferred every penny of cash value into their new account in this “new” continuation.
Here’s where it gets exciting: they now have a Spanish surf site that’s going absolutely bonkers! Next is the opening of a Chinese site! And they’re launching a multi-million dollar ad campaign that in April will be in, among other places, all major airline magazines. Their president, Andy Bowdoin, is a master marketer who among other credits saw the need to bring GPS to market – and started a company to do just that. They have their own full-time in-house programmer/computer person, and an SEC lawyer is part owner of the company.
And get this: I phoned in and - first try! - got a live, very helpful person!
One of the big perks with this program is that the company accepts credit card purchases over the phone and also has an account with Bank of America where you can make direct deposits – and with whom they withstood a rigorous verification process. They accept PayPal, SolidTrustPay, Alert Pay, eBullion, direct deposit into Bank of America account and cashier checks for the purchase of Ad Packages.
I’m a free member, earning 1% /day, and I’m compounding my earnings. If I choose, I can pay a monthly membership fee and earn perks, such as rebates on ad packages bought by those I sponsor – as well as those they sponsor. It can add up really fast…..
Here’s some information:
You can get a 25% bonus on your advertising dollars spent for simply investing 10 minutes per day to view others’ sites. So if you purchase $1,000 in advertising from ASD, you'll get paid daily until you receive $1,250 back. Maximum ad package is $12,000. No sponsoring or recruiting is required, but for those who wish to refer others to ASD, they have a referral program that pays up to a 10% commission from the ad credits purchased that you personally refer, and up to a 5% commission from the ad credits of those referred by your direct referrals for a total of 15% total referral commission paid on 2 levels.
Join for free, try it out, watch your money grow – and advertise at the same time! I love it!

Integrity has nothing to do with anything per this question of mine. If they are seperate companies, then downline integrity is meaningless. If they are still actually one company, then it means something.
What I am wondering about is the SALE of Golden Panda and the co-incidental catching up of late payouts for ASD which sold Golden Panda. Especially after all the hoopla around it's launch and all the doubling promotions.
I guess I am some what sensitized to anything that smells even remotely like "anticipated revenues" after DXS.

This just in:
Ad Surf Daily, Inc.
IMPORTANT UPDATE
Tuesday, July 22, 2008
11:30PM Eastern Standard Time
To All ASD Members:
This is Juan Fernandez, CEO of Ad Surf Daily, Inc.
As you read in Andy Bowdoin's Good News-Letter email last Thursday, the ASD Computer Systems Programmers, have been working together with the Senior Technical Team with Web World Technologies all this past week. They have been simultaneously retrofitting the existing ASD Web application to better handle our increased expansion while producing the next version. We are all excited about "Version 2" coming online. It will be designed for Indy 500 speeds and member counts in the multiple millions.
IMPORTANT UPDATE
ASD WEBSITE & SYSTEMS ARE UNDERGOING FINAL UPGRADE
After many days of preparation, the new foundation for the ASD Web program is being prepared to come on-line as you read this.
For now, the ASD Version 1 Web program will sit on this new Website platform or foundation. The creation of Version 2 will occur in the weeks to come and will be placed on this new platform when completed.
This evening, we are working through the night to get this evolution accomplished as early as possible tomorrow, Tuesday, July 22, 2008.
The technical staff of ASD have been working very hard to reach this point and are very excited about this first large step.
POSITIVE NOTICE: ASD is going to give all members a "Global Credit" for this entire week, due to server challenges we have been experiencing with the Website during this upgrade process.
The entire technical team is projecting that everything should be back to normal by this Thursday, July 24th, 2008.
Andy and I want to thank all of your for your understanding and patience.
Sincerely,
Juan Fernandez
Chief Executive Officer

So who has noticed this one?

Friday, August 1st 2008 afternoon update: Upon direction from the U.S. Attorney's Office in the District of Columbia, ASD will not be able to move funds into company accounts, or out of them. We will work to resolve this problem, and return to normal operation, as soon as we are permitted to do so.

Just about everyone.
Hello,
If you have not heard the news yet there was a
complaint to the U.S Attorneys office and ASD's
accounts have been temporarily frozen. We all
remain confident this will be resolved quickly as
ASD has retained some high powered muscle for
situations of this nature. To insure you have the
most current information I ask you to review the
following information.
As for my own opinion I have seen these guys come
from a situation where they were down for about 4
months and no one was getting paid, everyone said it
was a scam and they were ripped off but despite the
naysayers everyone was paid back in full and ASD
became a mega powerhouse!
The reality is that once they clear this
complaint and satisfy the D.C AG they will become
stronger than ever and it will be a piece of cake
to recruit people! Two last thoughts.
A) Years ago Amway had their accounts frozen and
was accused of being a pyramid, a legal team
fought and had the charges withdrawn and this
started the MLM Industry as we know it. If it
wasn't for that case NO MLM programs would exist
to this day! Everyone thought they would never
recover, you know the rest of the story. Here is
my point, I am told that one of the attorneys who
fought and won that case is representing ASD! If
that doesn't boost your confidence level I do not
know what will.
B) Those of you who questioned me about joining
Golden Panda would remember one of the key
reasons I thought it would be a good deal
especially for the short term is because they now
have NOTHING to do with ASD and will not become a
target for some time. What is happening with ASD
has nothing to do with Golden Panda and as they
continue to pay us the 3% per day as they have
been in 3 short weeks you will have all of your
money back in your pocket and you will still be
in the game for another 125% risk free!
Here is a little more food for thought from
another associate.
Following this text is a link to a call that took
place following the notice of this issue. The
basics of this issue are that ASD has had a
complaint, don't know where it came from. An ASD
Associate by the name of Charlie thinks that it
is about the site being down, and someone thinks
ASD stole money. Standard Operating procedure
for US Atty Gen is to look at the company
records.
Andy has grandiose plans that involve buying or
becoming a search engine, buying banks etc.
These types of goals breed contempment and
jealousy. Charlie talked with Don Peterson, ASD
compliance officer, 2 times today Second call
with Peterson was around 9pm Eastern tonight
August 1st. Peterson said "things are moving
fast, with attorneys, and this will be over fast."
He will call Charlie when it is done. Charlie
said for us not to worry. Blessing in disguise
When complaints come in, and we come out clean
The US attorney will discount the next complaints
The US attorney seized the accounts, while
investigating, which is their normal procedure.
When nothing is found, they are unfrozen and we
should be back up Monday or Tuesday. Charlie
spoke with Michelle, in ASD Accounting. She said
Nothing is wrong and things are great. The US
Attorney simply wants to be sure we are
compliant. Andy hired a 50 attorney firm to be
sure we are always compliant.
Michelle said that we are compliant. Michelle
said "this same thing happened six months ago
Another complaint, and we got cleared
and back up to speed quickly!"
Charlie also spoke with Judy Bowdoin, daughter in
law of Andy. Judy was very emotional because she
knows what an upstanding guy Andy is, and he does
not deserve to be attacked, and could not
understand why he was being attacked.
Judy said he does not deserve this, Andy is in this
to help people Andy would never do anything to hurt
anyone.Charlie said we know why people are taking
shots at him.
People are leaving their jobs and leaving other companies
Andy has big goals for us and recently wrote a multimillion
dollar check to advertise at the Indy 500. Andy wants you
to be there to recruit!
Keep the faith, keep ASD and Andy Bowdoin in your
prayers and prepare for a huge windfall of cash in the
next few months as ASD plows through this brick wall
like it has all the others!
Below is a link to the audio of the most recent
call:

Amway has genuine products and the main thing that niggles in the back of my mind is that as far as I can see, ASD doesn't. You can buy an ad package for $10 or buy one for $50,000 and there is no difference at all to what you get in return, if there is someone will put me right. 12dailypro had exactly the same setup and although it was run from one room instead of corporate offices, the setup is the same. You buy ad packages, you get roughly 1% rebate on those ad packages until the ad package expires. Perhaps I'm missing something fundamental, but I don't think so.

Part of the Amway complaint originally centered around the idea that people were recruiting other people to be distributors and NOT SELLING any product to end customers. I believe the legal definition of a pyramid includes the idea that there are no TRUE cusomers or end users of product being sold in the pyramid. Just endless recruiting. As a result, almost every MLM out there has a rule buried in it's distributor agreement requiring you sell to end users AND you be able to provide documentation that you are selling to end users.
What exactly is ASD selling? Advertising? I've been a bit puzzled at this.
