I know – I know – another surf program, and we all know what happens to them, right?

But wait! – here’s a program that’s been around for a long time. It’s ASDCashGenerator. In its previous incarnation it was called AdSurfDaily (it was posted in this forum on Dec.7, 2006). They had their problems too, but reorganized, and in fact they did fully refund those who wanted refunds, or, as in my case, transferred every penny of cash value into their new account in this “new” continuation.

Here’s where it gets exciting: they now have a Spanish surf site that’s going absolutely bonkers! Next is the opening of a Chinese site! And they’re launching a multi-million dollar ad campaign that in April will be in, among other places, all major airline magazines. Their president, Andy Bowdoin, is a master marketer who among other credits saw the need to bring GPS to market – and started a company to do just that. They have their own full-time in-house programmer/computer person, and an SEC lawyer is part owner of the company.

And get this: I phoned in and - first try! - got a live, very helpful person!

One of the big perks with this program is that the company accepts credit card purchases over the phone and also has an account with Bank of America where you can make direct deposits – and with whom they withstood a rigorous verification process. They accept PayPal, SolidTrustPay, Alert Pay, eBullion, direct deposit into Bank of America account and cashier checks for the purchase of Ad Packages.

And look at the difference in earnings possible comparing a PTC site and a "surfing/advertising" type site. HUGE difference.

Summary ASD call with Andy 08-26-08

Tonight on the call Andy started with a note of appreciation for all the support, letters and emails he and Faye get on a daily basis. Then he spent time responding to some of the 'less than flattering' insinuations and allegations made by the U.S. Attorney General in the 'Motion of Opposition'.

He said he did expect them to respond with opposition to the motion, but he didn't expect them to lie and use half-truths to try to make their case.

AG - Andy told us he modeled ASD after the 12dailypro company.
Andy - That statement was a big fat lie, I never said that. The investigator asked me if I was a part of 12dailypro and I told him "no". Then he asked how I designed the ASD program? And I told him I had a website and was learning about the Internet for almost 2 1/2 years ago and I started putting the website on traffic exchanges. That is where people can go in and become free members and put up websites, look at others websites, and receive credit for doing so. I experimented with it and it worked out good. So I started to think - this is a real good business model and if we designed it so we paid members for looking at websites based on maybe 50% of the sales, then a lot more people would get involved and build a loyal group of advertisers.

Andy Noted: When he said that he wanted to ask me questions I told him I did NOT want to answer questions without an Attorney. He replied that IF I was running a legitimate business I would answer his questions now, and if I was not, then I would want to wait for an Attorney. Since I KNEW I was running a legitimate business, I talked freely to them.

I see now how the investigator tricked me into answering questions and they were not recorded, so he could interpret my answers later and say I said whatever he chose.

AG - Hinted that the account in Antigua was to siphon money off of the accounts and put them off shore.
Andy - They knew that is where our Credit Card processing Bank was. We had to go offshore to get a processor to handle the CC's. We even had to put up a 500,000 dollar deposit in the bank of Antigua before they would even start processing for us. We processed a little over one million dollars in credit cards and we NEVER touched the money, it is still sitting there.

AG - Hinted that Andy was taking huge chunks of money in rebates.
Andy - My total rebates for the past year has been about 54,000 dollars. We have members making more than that in a month, and that is what I made in about a year. My salary for the past year has been about 55,000 dollars.

The company was making a good profit and I was not taking the money out, I was letting it accumulate so that we could get into other businesses and create other income streams. For example the T.V. Commercials with Gary.

AG - Said that my representation of meeting with and hiring SEC Attorneys was 'made up'.
Andy - That is another big lie, I never said that. I have always said that our attorney is an SEC Attorney and he practices law in NC. We had retained the Ackerman Attorney Firm before the Miami rally in May, and Robert Garner and I met with Bill Schwartz who is in the firm on the Monday after the rally. We went over the program with Bill so that he would be familiar with it and asked for feedback on anything that he might see that we need to change. Bill is also know as an SEC Attorney. They I announced that we had retained an Attorney Firm in Miami that had 500 attorneys. And they had a firm in Tallahassee and in Washington, DC. But I never said that I had gone to Washington DC to meet with attorneys.

They judge said today that she will give our Attorneys a few days to respond to the motion that was filed. They are preparing a plan of action for our start up. They are requesting a hearing with the judge so they can present the evidence why we are NOT a ponzi.

They will also present a plan of how we will start up with government supervision, we don't mind government supervision!

Andy went on to thank some of his staff that is putting in a lot of hours providing information for the Attorney's. They are doing a great job!

This is another view point, take it or leave it...

"Having first hand experience in a 6 year civil case against a former US Presidential candidate and one of his companies, I can guarantee all members that the filed motions will not be granted in the companies favor.

One must understand that every time the ASD lawyers file a motion, the USAG will file a counter motion which does nothing more than delay the out come. Trust me when I say the USDOJ has a bottomless pit of money when it comes to litigation. This case will drag on for years or until the defendants run out of money.

If the ASD lawyers are confident that they are going to prevail in this case, then it would be wise to file for a "Summary Judgement" immediately. If they prevail, all legal fees and expenses would be paid to the defendants. The real question is: Are they ready to go to trial now?"

Breaking News - ASD Conf. Calls discontinued after Tuesday

We have just received word from ASD Corporate that Tuesday September 9, 2008 will be the last ASD corporate call until further notice.

ASD has been instructed by their legal council to discontinue the calls until the upcoming legal issues are addressed by the court.

Andy is following these instructions in an effort to protect the interest of everyone. This is not his choice and he regrets not being able to communicate with us on a regular basis. It is critical that Andy and ASD Corporate follow the instructions of legal council.

ASD will notify us of any developments and we will post this information the moment things change.

The ruling from the Federal Court should be forth coming any day and we will post the outcome on this forum.

"Upon consideration of the request by Claimants AdSurfDaily, Inc. ("ASD") and Thomas A. Bowdoin for an evidentiary hearing to challenge the Government's opposition to the pre-trial release of seized funds, see Dkt. # 7, as well as the Government's non-opposition to the request for an evidentiary hearing, see Dkt. # 19, the Court finds that it is in the interests of justice to grant the Claimants' request for an evidentiary hearing. "Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that ASD's and Thomas A. Bowdoin's motion for an evidentiary hearing is GRANTED.

It is further ORDERED that, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. Â§ 983(f)(5), the scheduling of an evidentiary hearing regarding the pre-trial release of seized funds establishes good cause for extending the time for the Court to render a decision on the Claimants' emergency motion for return of seized funds through the date of completion of the evidentiary hearing, at which time the Court shall determine whether further extension is necessary while the Court takes the motions under advisement.

The United States Attorney General's office has agreed to release ASD’s computers and electronic equipment today. Representatives from ASD are on their way to Orlando to take possession of the items and should be back in Quincy sometime later tonight.
We see this as a positive first step in returning to the business of providing an advertising vehicle for all our members. We also look forward to the return of all our other assets and being exonerated of all accusations of business impropriety.
