OK... I just watched the little video about the team build matrix and have a little (very little!) better understanding of how it works... it appears that your own referrals simply go into the build... not under you...

interesting??? So does that mean its better or worse to refer people? If they are not going to go directly under us, then why bother filling someone else's matrix?

because you get paid when the referral is yours... AND you get paid when there's a referral under you in the matrix ... (but the payment is BETTER for your own referral)...

So basicaly, they took the workers and used them to support the non-workers. Man, that idea sounds familiar. Oh, I remember! Same thing the company I work for just did. Cancelled the commissions for the field techs, put them in a lead bonus system and, in effect, gave the money I WAS earning in commissions to the people that sit on their arse..........

Sorry Jan, Allan isn't ignoring questions on the forum, we are not online at the moment, and I am logging in from my brother's house, so I am not sure which levels have filled, I will try to find out.

No... not really... in ATU, you get paid a bonus for your own signups... and for anyone who signs up under them... but they don't go under you in the matrix... at least that's how I understand it

Well, I find that a bit confusing. I guess you would have to totally rely on the company to let you know what's what and who's under whom. I guess that's oneof the reasons I prefer binary systems for networking. You bring them in, you continue to get paid the commissions or over-rides or whatever they are called in that company.

Well, level 4 is now filling up!

It appears that once your level fills, it does take some time to get to the next level, but once it does and you get that first one on the new level, it moves like lightening filling up. Since my last post (April 28) when I had nothing beyond level 3 for quite some time, I now have 14 on level 4 - so onward and upward, this one is apparently still going strong!

I'm very impressed, and I've just made my first withdrawal request!
