Hello All.

This is a really fun and profitable Forex system that I'm having a Blast with! And I'm not a Forex whiz - just the opposite. Are you still having problems logging in Margaret? I can get in using http://commandcenter.freedomrocks.com, and I can also get in from the new site. Maybe Russ has the right idea - reboot etc.

You can turn the movie off by clicking on the tiny movie camera icon in the lower right corner of the black movie screen.

BTW, I do like the new site, but I really miss the 12 minute movie.... and it takes a long time to load for those of us with dial-up.

Still can't get in, but I've been out of my house all day and haven't called the Support Center since last week. The problem isn't getting to the website, when I try to login, I get a "no matching records" message. The problem isn't on my end, its theirs, even their support people haven't been able to get in using my account number yet. But as long as I can finally access through the new site, I'm OK with waiting it out for them to fix it.

And thanks, David for the hint on turning off the movies. I'll try that and see if it helps the frustration level any until I can get back in through the Command Center.

Hopefully I'll have some time in the next few days to call them back again and see if we've had any progress???

It may be easier for them to issue you a new ID number.

I'll keep that in mind as a last resort suggestion. The fact that I CAN get in from the new site and that its just the Command Center that is not accepting my ID is very curious. My personal preference would be for them to fix their problem.

Have you placed frredomrocks.com in your browser security settings as a safe site? Might want to try *.freedomrocks.com.

Yeah, the site loads OK, its just not finding my account number. They can't get in either, but they're still working on it.

It's been a while since I last posted in this forum. Lots going on! (BTW, I've been with FreedomRocks now for exactly 2 years.) And yes, the markets are rebounding after an extended downturn - great news, especially for those who kept a low margin.

Ohhhh....the other thing that I am REALLY excited about with the latest update is that they will SOON have a new debit card for us (with MASTERCARD logo) that can be used at any ATM worldwide that accepts MASTERCARD! This is for the marketers out there that are receiving bonuses from their recruiting efforts...and you can have your monthly subscription deducted from that debit card too!

Just the fact that MASTERCARD accepted them as an approved company says a lot! According to Mark, it usually takes MASTERCARD 6-8 weeks to review a company before making their decision on whether to approve them or not....but it took them just 2 DAYS to approve FREEDOMROCKS!

The picture of the card looks sooo nice too!
