I received the same email. I won't be renewing until the system is working right, and I can actually USE my console. This isn't good enough for me either.

I am informing you of your yearly renewal fee for your Company registered in Vanuatu.
Please find the attachment enclosed and note that for this year, there is a credit applied for the service’s down time with our system due to technical difficulties, as well as, an extra six weeks bonus given by the management as a show of good faith in your Company, even though you may not have attached your company’s business activity to our system.
Thank you.

This was my response -
Dear DXGlobal,
Your email and attached statement is outrageous.
As far as I am concerned the DX Global Company which I paid for last year has been unable to facilitate the business which it was designed for 95% of the past year, due to technical difficulties.
If there were a ‘bit ‘of honesty in this email the real downtime would be acknowledged rather than the BS dilution of fact contained within your email.
As a genuine show of good faith to me the credit would extend and apply to the 95% of the past year.
USD$100 would be a more than generous fee to renew the DXGlobal Company considering the lack of activity over the last 12 months.
James
As many of you know the cost of registering a DXGlobal Comapny is $950USD.
A credit of $292.31USD has been applied plus a 6 week 'bonus'.
The adjusted fee to re-register is $657.69USD
I didn't receive this news very well and am keen to let management know.

I agree with all three of you!!!
I hope that everyone who ever had a DXGC will not register it again. That will show them just how tick off you all are at them.
Then there will only be one DXGC out there.
Think about that.

Hi,
Bad timing for jokes about this, just as bad timing of DXS coming up with an email at this moment (I didn't get one, yet, as I don't get emails after sending threads); about nothing is working in the system. We can get in and look arround and that's about it. Every action is blocked by some error. Even the sessions haven't restarted?
