Default Wrong Address

For anyone who is setting up a DXGC this may be important.

I moved to a new country about 6 or 7 months ago and one of the first things I did was change my address with DXsynergy. My star rating went down untilI uploaded new documents to prove my new abode. So you could reasonably assume the process had been completed properly.

Just prior to New Year I registered and paid for a DXGC. This as we all know is a very private affair to be kept away from the prying eyes of the tax man and anyone else generally.

I luckily sold my previous property to friends and was somewhat surprised to receive an email from them last week telling me they had received all of my documents over there. They open my mail so now are privy to my business dealings. I am not too impressed that this happened.

I have sent support a message to make sure that all records of my previous address are removed from the system. Anyone registering a DXGC that have changed address since joining may want to double check with support first that the correct address is definetly the one they will be using for postage.

Apart from that I am very pleased to have recieved all the papers which are better put together much better than I had hoped and I still have to study in more depth.

Cheers,
Thelaw
