I think it's important that this question be asked directly to DXS themselves. A few people have asked this already (i believe) and have been told not to get a bank account for the DXGC. DXS are the only people who can really accurately answer this question.

Hi dpassociates,
I have asked this question on behalf of the members here, I was not allowed to post the full reply, but I can say that I was told that there is more information for us that is being worked on.
I'd take Succeed2k's suggestions and contact DXSupport, as letting them know there are questions about an issue may help them decide what information to provide.

Also, dpassociates, since one of the significant benefits of the DXGC is anonymity, we're recommending that discussion regarding DXGC take place in DXPlatinum -- behind "closed doors"...
You'll also find some good discussions in there! You can click on the link in my signature block for more info...

Why do we need "permission" from DX. Since when corporate official need to wait for the agent.
Is there anybody here that sucessfully opened a bank account for their Van. corp?. I tried with my current offshore bank and they don't want to touch Vanuatu.
regards

Its not a matter of permission, its a matter of getting the right advice with regard to opening an account that doesn't leave you open to anything that might defeat the entire object of getting an offshore company in the first place.

It's not the permission that is needed, it's the guidance to do it right. The purpose of a DXGC is privacy and anonymity. The minute you open a bank acct for it you lose the very purpose of the DXGC. DXS have told people via support message that they will provide guidance on this issue when the time comes.
