Default Amount of guarantee?

Hello everyone,

I just received a notice from support that a few items in my registration for the DXGC needed to be addressed. I took care of most of them but there is one I am not clear on, and that is the amount of guarantee. It was on the 2nd page of the registration. Here is the article of the constitution that DXS Support put in the message:
12.2 Each Member undertakes to contribute to the assets of the company as amount not exceeding the Guarantee Amount, in the event of the company being wound up while that person is a Member, or within one year after ceasing to be a Member, for payment of debts and liabilities of the Company (contracted before that person ceased to be a Member) and the costs, charges and expenses of winding up.
How much am I guaranteeing? Should that amount be $950.00 or something less?

Your help as always is appreciated

Dave

Dave,

Did you take a look at the registration guide? On page 8, DXS recommends about $25.

Question: Did anyone use any of the Constitution "variables" or just use the standard Constitution? I assume most of us used the Nominee Services so I don't think alot of the variables are applicable since there are no directors, right? Seems like alot of the Constitution deals with the Directors duties, etc. which don't apply when you use the nominee services. Am I reading it correctly?

Unless someone has an existing business that they want to be part of their DXGC or someone will NOT be using Nominee Services,
my guess is that DXSynergy have made the best options the standard options.

Having read them, I agree.

You still need to read them all and decide for yourself, as they decide the powers that your Nominee directors have.

I have read them and I basically agree. I was momentarily concerned about the calling of meetings in Vanatu but then noticed that voting by members can be made by proxy. No big deal. All looks good.

Yes, right again and voting by proxy is normal procedure.
