Default Status of Registration Payment

Does everyone have the same message next to "payment status" when they view their entity status? Mine says "Acknowledge (Remittance Service by Customer)" I have never done a bank wire before nor have I used the DXGPC so I am not sure if my payment went through OK. All I know is its not in my bank account anymore.

Can anyone shed some light on what their entity payment status is ?

I messaged DX support, they answered the same day. Funds received and my registration is in progress .

THanks Treasurer I was just a little nervous since I had never done a bank xfer nor had I ever used the pmt console.

I'm not surprised that it still says that... but I am surprised that I still have the option to edit my registration... I thought they said that option would go away...

It is my understanding the the 'edit option' will remain until DX completes the processing. Once the DXGC registration has been fully processed you will not be able to edit for 'free'...hence the 'Fee Schedule.' So it's important that people make any changes they need to while they still have the 'edit option' available.

Right... I understood that... I just expected that once they turned in the paperwork for processing the edit option would go away... I guess I was wrong about that because I would assume that the registration is being processed already...

Mine also says the same & I messaged support on the 21st & still no reply.

It was also my first bank wire & I sure hope it made it ok because its not in my bank account anymore.

I don't think support works on the weekends because I never get any reply's from them on the weekends.

Has anyone else ever recieved a reply from support on the weekend?
