Default Struggling . . . . .

Hello Everyone,

I have been involved with DXInOne for over 1-1/2 and have been very pro-active about how I handle my account. I do currently have a console and would very much like to be involved in a DX Global Company. I have been reading everything I can see on this subject and the more I read the more confused I get. I normally can figure out what to do by researching each change that comes about (mostly due to DX4All) but this has me totally clueless. So my questions are:
1.) Has anyone seen a step by step procedure for registering a Company in plain english?
2.) Would it be in my best interest to invest in the help of a good tax attorney familiar with IBC's?
3.) Why is everyone moving their float back into the Incoming Balance?

I could keep writing questions but I will stop here. Everyone here has been an excellent help and I want to thank you in advance for whatever wisdom you can share now.

Congratulations to all of the Fans of Italy on your World Cup victory.

What A Match ! ! ! ! !

Have a great day . . . . .

Dave

Hi dave,

1.) Has anyone seen a step by step procedure for registering a Company in plain english?

http://www.dx4all.net/214070-post145.html

2.) Would it be in my best interest to invest in the help of a good tax attorney familiar with IBC's?

NO, if you are unsure WAIT.
There is more information coming that will help you.
You will probably need a tax attorney familiar with IBCs in the future,
but you will have less questions, (and therefore less expense),
if you wait for the rest of the information.

3.) Why is everyone moving their float back into the Incoming Balance?

Some people are doing it because DX Support mentioned that the old consoles will be closed, and the float needs to be moved to Incoming Balance OR Available Balance.
I'm waiting for the official announcement before I move my float.

Eoin

I agree with oneplanet in all aspects.

The new "guide" in the DXGC registration area is very clear and simple to understand. I printed it out, settled into my favorite rocker on the back porch and 30 minutes later had a clear grasp of what was necessary and why.

I think it was the rocker more than the printout.

Default DXGlobal

I received a thread from DXINOne regarding the new Global merchant console. After the $950, I am required to maintain 3.5 stars, A TDV of 5000, have a portfolio for at least 90 days, have a DXG company, and maintain a float of 2000 DXG.

I have wired my money, and am waiting for the conlole to become available.

Fred

I have maintained my float up to this point, except to move $$ to IB to pay OA... about a week ago, I was really GLAD to have that float because I got a UCL AIX!

Thanks evereyone,

As I have learned a long time age . . . when in doubt check it out . . . and I appreciate the feedback.

Curious George I have been looking for that detailed information in the registration area, is that just new? well anyway I am going over there to look right now and print it out. If it's there I will try the back porch idea and see if I can get it to sink in.

Thanks again,

Dave

If you are seeking advice from an attorney familiar with IBC's, make sure they have experience with setting up offshore IBCs.

I recommend that before you engage an attorney that you read Lance Spicer's books on IBCs, Trusts, offshore banking, tax minimization strategies etc. tridentpress.com.au/index.htm

The cost of the books will save you money and prepare you with the right questions to ask on how you should setup your DXGlobal Company and why you should use a trust fund. Check the Trust forum for my comments.

Cheers,
Karl.
