Hello Cashme
Whenever you want to either outxchange DXG-C or send it to someone else, you need to have to same amount in DXG-S. The reason is because the same amount of DXG-S is put on hold, then if the DXG-C is not repaid in 30 days the total comes off the DXG-Standard and back onto DXG-C.

I remember having a similar problem doing a DXDirect payment - but I can't remember what I did.
To OX, do we have to have the same amount of DXG-S in the DX account, or can it still be in the portfolio?
I also seem to remember that you can't us DXG-S to do a DXDirect payment - it has to be DXG-C. I posted a support response on here somewhere to that effect - I think it was in a thread about paying for Platinum membership with a DXDirect payment...

You have to have that amount in DXG-S in your account because there is a hold put on that amount until the DXG-C is repaid or lowered by that amount if its not repaid.

They get it as DXG-S as far as I know. When people have paid us via the DXGPC its actually DXG-C they're sending, but we receive it as DXG-S.

I just made a test dxdirect.
When I received a test DXG-C dxdirect,Screen shows I would receive DXG-C added to my account.I don't click accept button further.I think now members will receive the same fund from dxdirect.
