Hi,

For the past few days my DXFocus links have not been working properly. The affiliate ID dosen't show up on the DXS registration page. "No Affiliate" comes up instead. The only link that works is: xxxxx.synergy.dxfocus.com. I have done searches on the net for other users dxfocus links and the same thing there.. "No Affiliate" comes up on the DXS reg page. I've got a reply from DXSupport saying that it likely was a problem on my end, but I don't think so. Been testing from 3 different computers with cleared cookies etc. etc.

So please check your DXSFocus links.

If they don't work let DXSupport know.

So just to be certain..

When you click on "Register" in any of the DXFocus links, except from xxxxx.synergy.dxfocus.com because it is working fine, your referral ID or alias shows up in Step 8 on the DXS registration page?

I get "No Affiliate" on step 8. Strange...

Same problem here Will, I can't get it to show my affiliate name unless I go to the main synergy one. Any of the others just show no affiliate.

Will, perhaps you should tell them as you already have a thread in, that we have tested it out and they are not working. The xxxx.dxsynergy one is working because it has DXInvitationID=xxxxxx in the url but the rest don't. Thats why that one is working. Its definitely a DX problem and not yours.

Gosh, I never made it all the way to step 8, I guess I quit too early and assumed that since it got that far everything was working??? That'll teach me to follow through!

Got a reply saying that the links should be working now.

When you click on "Register" the Basic DXS reg page opens. Then when you click on "Advanced" you will see your alias or ID as the referrer on Step 8.

the Guru has written back to them saying that if the new user fills in the basic form (which he tried) they arrive in the system with no affiliate. They have to fill in the advanced form to get the affiliate id added. They wrote back to say they are looking into it, but as far as I can see from looking at the source code, the affiliate id is not passed through that basic form.
