DXAffiliate -> Summary has now been updated with the referral bonuses from the DXGC sales (along with any normal account opening bonuses). If any of your affiliates bought a DXGC, the affiliate bonus will now be showing - $25 for a first level affiliate and $5 for a second level. I have contacted support because at the moment there is nowhere to claim those funds to our accounts, but I would expect it can't be very far away

The ability to transfer Affiliate bonus to available is now up:
DXAffiliates -> Transfer -> To DXAccount (Avail). Support informs me that the option to transfer to Incoming balance will be available in the next 24 hours.

I've been waiting for this to transform into a usable module. There's only one "hiccup" as I see it, and I have been in touch with DXS about it.

You'll never know who your affiliates are. Unless you've had personal contact BEFORE they got excited and signed up using your link, you will have no contact with them.

I kindly pointed out to DXS that since they have stated in their own materials that we should assist our affiliates, we really need to know who they are, as on the Internet, most folks sign up first, and ask questions later.

If there's one thing I'm seeing as a trend, it's that DXS really expects us to PERSONALLY talk to people, something I'm not sure I'm comfortable about, yet.

Hmmmm... OK My DX heirarchy says " You have directly referred 64 DXUsers at Level 1." but I have no funds available, no commissions.

Do you have commissions Lynette?

Yes I do but only from the new system (normal account openings) and dxgc sales.

If you have any new referrals they will show under the summary page, when they first sign up they go in as a pending payment, if they don't meet the minimum qualification after 30 days, the pending payment gets cancelled.

The hierarchy gives you your total affiliate figures including from the older affiliate system when we had dxcredits for referrals. I also still have dxcredits for those still, I will be glad when we can use those again....

Hi,

For the past few days my DXFocus links have not been working properly. The affiliate ID dosen't show up on the DXS registration page. "No Affiliate" comes up instead. The only link that works is: xxxxx.synergy.dxfocus.com. I have done searches on the net for other users dxfocus links and the same thing there.. "No Affiliate" comes up on the DXS reg page. I've got a reply from DXSupport saying that it likely was a problem on my end, but I don't think so. Been testing from 3 different computers with cleared cookies etc.

So please check your DXSFocus links.

If they don't work let DXSupport know.
