Default Important Info About T1 In RB!

Members who are paying attention and have converted their T3 and T2 to T1, and have read that you will be removing T1 from the portfolio soon, are wondering if they should move the T1 back to the portfolio to catch the gains while they can... but realize that if the move comes soon, they won't have earned the 1% that it costs to move AB to RB.

Guidance?

Hello Janet,

We would suggest that from this time that T1 funds
not be returned to the portfolio.

We hope we have been of assistance, if you have any further questions or queries please don't hesitate to reply.

With Regards,
The DXSupport Team

Red font addition is mine.
This info, combined with the fact that the conversion rated dropped again today indicates to me that the move from RB to AB is probably imminent....

Good News. I like that word "imminent".

I think there's gonna be some mighty unhappy people... but... for me, (who has a significant amount of T1 in my G2!)... I see it as a move forward... so I'm good with that!

My PF consists of T1 and significantly T2. DOes that mean I'll end up with a PF with $0 TDV?

Jan,

I just want to confirm. In my portfolio I have about 5% PF and 95% T1 funds. Is any action needed on my part? Are my T1 funds going to be further reduced?

Thanks,

Jerry

Hi,

"We would suggest that from this time that T1 funds not be returned to the portfolio."

So does that mean that if I DXWD T3 and T2 from the port. and convert it to T1, that I should leave it AB and not make the move from AB to RB and buy Digots?

Thanks!

Will

Hi Will,

Yes, I do believe that is what it means "at this time". Of course there will come a time, hopefully not too far off, when the system can bear the additional gains generated by those time release funds when those funds will be converted to Production Funds and you can buy digots at that time.

I do still think its best to do your conversion now as the rates do continue to drop, just don't move it into your port until advised to do so.

Margaret

Are you suggesting (or have you heard from DXS) that, once the funds are moved to AB (as T1's)... that we will then NOT have the option to purchase digots with them?... (or at least not until such time that they get released to PF?)

Or are these funds going to all be 'auto converted' into our AB as PF's?... thus totally ridding the system of the "T funds"?

If the former, then having funds "stuck" in AB (that can't be OX'd... nor can be moved to port for gains), could be very disapointing...

If the latter case is true, then (although the OX queue might get 'clogged' again until activity can really pick up in the main services)... On the "pro" side, it would also seem to thus really put the system out of "beta" (as far as portfolios and accounts are concerned)...

Thus, with no T funds to complicate things... and the system working directly on PF's, perhaps then the move towards the actual use of the main services (along with our accounts/portfolios) as the system is designed can begin to really take place. Which of course is what we are all looking forward to.

So, if you (or anyone) has any info (that can be shared) from DXS about that, it would be great to hear... If not, perhaps a support thread could be submitted (with permission to post requested).

Ken

DXS has said (it's in the forum)... that we will no longer be able to earn on the time release funds in our portfolios.... when I asked how that was going to work, they said that they would be removing time release funds from the portfolios to AB...

My question to them applied to people who were withdrawing DXD to convert their funds from T3 and T2 to T1 -- and whether those people should be moving the funds back to RB because of the 1% fee....

That was the context of my question to them...

For people who are asking if they should convert... I can't answer that for you... but do the math folks... the conversion rate is dropping this week it has already dropped twice rather than once. DXS has told us (it's in the forum) that when they force the conversion the rate may drop further...

Ken... since they're removing the time release funds from the portfolio, I can't imagine that they'll let us move them back... what would be the point of that? We'll need to wait until they convert to PF and then outxchange them -- or move them back as PF...

Oh.. and they did say (it's in the forum)... that the move of time release funds from the portfolio will not produce a DXDW... it will just reduce the TDV.

None of this (except the clarification of the first message) is news...
