Default Converting T3 to T2 and T1

My son asked DXSupport if he should convert his T3 funds even though his PFT3 and PFT3 Actual were balanced -- and he was earning PF in his G2

Hello Nathan,

The below information is able to be posted on a public forum.

If the Type #3 funds are converted to Type #2 and then used for Digot Purchase you will then begin to earn clear Production Funds instead of the Type #3 Production Funds (PF/T3).
More importantly converting Type #2 Funds to Type #1 Funds will benefit the user by having funds that are next in line to be cleared into Production Funds.

We hope we have been of assistance, if you have any further questions or queries please don't hesitate to reply.

With Regards,
The DXSupport Team

Ok - here's my thing - I don't actually "need" the money in my portfolio right now. I'm more than content to let it sit for however long it takes for T3 to become PF, even if it's a couple of years. I'm with Russ in planning to (hopefully) use console gains to repay DXDW, so I'll have at least SOME PF's in there. And if the console doesn't pick up before 12/19, I'll be using those bonuses to buy new digots.

So I'm planning to wait it out for a while, personally.

I could really use about 1/5th of my money right now, but as that's not possible, i'm just going to exercise patience

It's a question I've been pondering also. If I do the "TR3 shuffle" that has been discussed the Portfolio TDV takes a hit. Since we have no DXDW the TR3 funds will trickle down to production funds anyway and we will not have further reduced TDV. I'm still opting to leave those in the PORT and let it ride. Of course that is subject to change with new twists and turns.

Default T fund conversion

Hi

I guess my concern with using the conversion is, I hate the thought of loosing 50% of my PORT T3 funds. I am gaining about .49 daily on the PORT T3 PF and the T3 PF and T3 PF actual are equal. I figure some day down the road T3 will become straight PF. I have decided to leave sit as I am not real clear in my mind of the ramifications down the road of doing the conversion. Where they are now I don't have to worry that I caused something to happen that I am not going to be real happy with. Both of my ports are DXDW free at the moment. All this is subject to change as situations change, but for now I think I am just as happy where they are.

I may be missing something but everything is in the black so all is good for the moment.

Cindy
