Message:
Sirs,
Looking forward to the release of the new DXGC merchant consoles.
I see that the instant claim bonuses have been changed to a flat 2.5% across the board. In the past there was a "bonus" for those that maintained a higher float level.
1. Will the practice of "claim rate level bonuses" be coninued in the new merchant consoles?
2. In the case of currencies like Neteller and some others that have exchange or process fees in excess of 2.5% will some adjustments be made in the bonus schedules?
Thanks for your reply.
May I share it on the forums?

Hello Russ,
The DXMerchant will receive the ICBs for processing OutXchanges and there will be Float levels that will need to be maintained to remain eligible for InXchanges.
There will be incentive bonuses added to maintain Float Levels.
The payment services that charge fees to receive and spend will be limited as an option at this time but this will be monitored to still include as many services as required.
You may release this information!
We hope we have been of assistance, if you have any further questions or queries please don't hesitate to reply.
With Regards,

So, DX is fully aware that ecurrencies with high internal deposit/transfer fees will be underutilized by merchants at first.
Also, they are going to have additional "bonus" ICBs for those that maintain larger floats.
Picture is coming together.
