Well, my son's girlfriend and a friend of hers just started a new business making Homemade Chocolate Candies!

She’s specializing in 2 types of candy bars right now.
Caramel Nut Bar - Our Caramel Nut bar is packed full of organic almonds, organic walnuts, and pecans grown in California. We discovered two of them at our local farmers market. Organic cacao nibs act as wild cards, giving each bite a slightly different flavor. The smooth, salty caramel brings everything together into one spectacular candy bar.
Malt Bar - Creamy Malt Ganache and Crunchy Shortbread. Organic cream and organic malt syrup give our Malt Bars a pure flavor that is enhanced by the butter and salt in the shortbread. This bar is the perfect nostalgic indulgence.
They both come in either Dark chocolate or Milk chocolate.
Their products never contain high-fructose corn syrup, food coloring, artificial flavors, artificial preservatives, wax, margarine, hydrogenated fats, added lecithin, flavored oils, or additives.
