It was early November when she came into our lives. A mere 10 1/2 pounds of scruffy, dirty and poorly treated Shi-Tsu saved from dodging cars on a busy arterial street. It just happens the person that saved her is Janice's department head and a friend. So we agreed to take her and give her a home.
