Default Dx Synergy Needs To Communicate
I wonder why DX synergy do not communicate effectively to their clients as effective communication is the essence of good business.
Before taking down this site for refurbishment they should have sent e mails to explain that this was about to take place.
Let us hope they take steps to radically improve communication to clients in future.

Hi,

They seem to be deaf to this type of suggestions; I advised them several times, very politely but strong, over the years through DXSupport and you see the result of that. I think they do not have those skills (yet?), but will (have to) when it reaches the stage of being a real business (now we can hardly speak of 'business' as it seems to be managed rather unprofessional)

Geoff... I believe when DXS went down it was not a planned downtime... but since that time they have taken advantage of the downtime to get some things done...

I'd call them and pass on your suggestion that they communicate better... but the battery on my BatPhone just died!
