When you post, please make sure that you are posting in the correct section of the forum.

I have created a new forum called "Misc. DxInOne Discussion" in the forum for ALL non specific Dx topics.

We also have thread clearly named for specific topics. These areas of the forum are the same as the areas of DxInOne.

ie.

DXAccounts
DXPortfolios
DXProfile
etc.

If you have a post that is about portfolios, guess where it goes.. Yes, that's right, the DXPortfolios section.

If you notice your threads are disapearing it will be because myself and the other admin/mods will have moved them into the correct section of the forum.

By ensuring we all post in the correct sections it will help keep the forum a structured place and easier to navigate.

Darlene, the forum is broken up into sections. So, if you had a question about the portfolio, then you would post in the Personal>portfolio folder. A question on the new DXGC being released, then the business>DXGC folder and so on.

There is a link in the blue navigation bars top and bottom that says "forums". CLicking on that will get you a list of the various folders and their names/subjects.

Hope that helps.

Also, in your user CP (control panel) make sure you have it set up to receive email notifications when someone posts in a thread you posted in. It's called "subscriptions".

I tried to start a new item re news Article ?#8 (looks like there is something amiss with the number here) and my post just disappeared. Am I barred from starting a new thread?

Anyway I'd like to hear about '#8' which looks to be interesting if only the links would open.

Lastly what is the point of telling me to post if I can't?

Doro3......It would appear that News Article #8 is an old article from July 18, 2005 except for the fact the links were removed. I have sent a thread to DXIO asking for clarification regarding the news article. Your post has not disappeared, it is still in moderation and will remain there until we are able to confirm the news regarding Article #8. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Doro3.. you are not barred from posting anything. Your post just didn't get approved yet.

We are just trying to figure out what happened with this article #8.

What appears to have happened is that DX updated that article to remove some links in it and it moved it to the top of the list. At least that is what it looks like as article #8 was written last July.
