Dear 4AllAccounts Admins and Fellow 4AllAccounts Members,

Why do our Signatures change on all of our previous Posts every time we change our Signature in our User Profile?

I would have expected, and IMHO it would be preferable if, the new Signature to only be applied to new Posts, but … ???

When you make a post, there is actually an option (in Advanced Mode : Additional Options) to either show or not show your signature. If you have a signature then this defaults to 'show' and will always display your current signature (ie if you make a post and then change your signature, that post will show the new signature)

If you don't currently have a signature, I believe the show signature option defaults to 'not show' and so that post will never display your signature.

I think it should show the newest signature. What if you have a signature then realise you made a mistake with the link or something and change it, if it still kept the old one in some of your posts people would be clicking on the wrong link.

Dear 4AllAccounts Admins,

I see the Rules RE: “a maximum of 1 external URL link”, but …

Are we allowed to include any (or what maximum) number of “internal links”, e.g. references to our 4AllAccounts Blog/Personal Pages, references to Postings in 4AllAccounts, in our signatures?

Please let us know so that we may remain within the “Rules”, ok?

Also, I see some of the Moderators have images in their signatures with an underlying link … Is there any way we may include an image in our signatures with an underlying external and/or internal link? If so, how do we do this?
