I can't log in because they say that they have no record of my account! I use the same email address that I have been using since day 1 (over 2 years). I have attempted to use the lost password function, and they say that they have no record of my account!!!
Help!
I have not attempted to log in for about 3 months, could they have deleted all of my account information?
How should I proceed?
Any help would be appreciated.

If you are using your email address to login then you are probably trying to login to dxconnect instead of dxsynergy. Go to https://www.dxsynergy.com/?p=1 and login there.

Hi Lynnette, I tried the same thing because i too have been having MUCH trouble logging in. the only way i've been able to get in is by using www.dxsynergy.vu ......... but now i tried your address.....got on. but it looks to me like not things are getting updated from this site (??) It looks to me like every time i go to DXS from this direction, it always says "Session 337 is now closed and session 338 will commence in 30 minutes" What session are we supposed to be in now?? anyone know?? It seems to me that i've been seeing this same "info" for days and days now. But i've now done a screen shot just to make sure that i'm not crazy. I'll let ya know............
But the log on page that asks for e-mail and password doesn't work for me at all......and when you click on "forgot password" it just goes right back to the original log-on page.

You are not crazy... the sessions had been suspended while the site was down. Normal sessions should be resuming soon.

Ditto to what Ro said Also, the log on page that asks for your email and password is the site for dxconnect. If you didn't sign up for dxconnect before the DX sites went down in July, then you would need to register if you want to be part of it, its a separate thing altogether.

OMG!! Now i feel really stupid!! I thought that was just a new URL for DXsynergy and yet another "New look" for them!! duuuhhh!! Thanks for the help!!
So we've still not moved past session 337, is that correct?
