I've traveled the world and everytime I return to Vancouver, I can't believe how lucky I was to just stumble on this place in 1968 ( I'm from the same strange part of the world as Pluggy )
Yes it is a great place to live as well as being very beautiful - rains a lot though, but we get used to that.

Minnesota is beautiful, but the weather extremes can be horrific.

I love it here. But summer temps have reached 100, 100% humidity. Winter can go double-digits below zero, windchill recorded at -70F.

And ya reach a certain age........ and when you take a chill, the chill takes you. I've reached that age. I think I need to relocate to a more balmy clime.

58 f high today, sunny, slight breeze from the NNE.

Highs tomorrow, about 62.

Had a winter storm last weekend, ice everywhere...for about 6 hours.

Just got back from Maui....it's never colder than 50F of warmer than about 98F.......It's like Minnesota summer all year round!!!!

I wanna go back......NOW!!
