move DXDebit to AB, then LOX.

You'll have 30 days within which to pay it back, or your TDV will be reduced by a like amount.

No, only Type 3 production funds are payable twice, not normal production funds.

Default Moving funds to Available Balance

Even if we move our funds to the available balance, do we not have to wait far longer than 30 days to receive our money. Do the funds not have to be released into production funds? How long does this usually take?

If they are portfolio production funds they still are production funds. If you move them to the available balance they can be outxchanged immediately.

the 13.84 is already production funds...

You can withdraw DXDebit and list that for outxchange if you want.

At the end of 30 days if you haven't paid back that debt, your TDV will be reduced by the amount of the DXDebit you withdrew...
