Default How do I close my DXinOne Account?

Hi, this is my first post and I've been involved in DXinOne for just under a year. I would just like to recoupe the money I've invested into the system and I'm tying to figure out what is the fastest and easiest way to do that with all these new changes. I currently have $2500 DXDA, but have -$40 of production funds in my portfolio and $0 production funds in my DX account. I tried withdrawing some DXDA and immediately dropping the withdrawal, but did not see an increase in my production funds. I currently have $1700 of T1 funds, $800 of T2 funds, and no T3 funds, but it looks like at this rate, it will take me years to recoupe and outxchange the money I orginally invested. Is there a faster way to get my money out of the system and to close my account? Thanks.

Mark

Hi Mark,

The first and foremost thing you should do is use the search function on dx4all and search for other threads about this topic, as there have been a number of them already.

Secondly, because all DXS accounts are different you should contact DXS directly and ask what they would suggest you do.

That's what I figured the response would be here, but unfortunately, DXS never answers my threads. The last response I received from them I think was about 4 months after I wrote it, and I couldn't even remember why I submitted the thread in the first place. That's why I thought I would ask the question here, and I didn't think about searching for other threads in here since these changes are so new, but I'll definitely give that a try. It's just frustrating because not only do I not have the option to talk to customer support over the phone about this stuff, but it's months waiting on a response from them. I kinda need my money back faster than 5 years from now, you know? Thanks for your help.

Mark

DXS support seems to be quite a bit more responsive. They haven't been DXS for 4 months yet so your last thread was quite a while back. Give it a try. They can give you individualized response and procedures suited to your DXAccount and PORT, we cannot.

Default I agree

With the poster of this message. I set up a thread to request to close my account two weeks ago with no reply. If anyone has ideas for us - we'd appreciate it.

Crunch, and others, just to reiterate what GL stated above as to why you should each contact DXS regarding this:
