I would also like to point out that the Alexa rankings are only for those that have the Alexa toolbar installed. So, the actual numbers may be a bit better than Alexa reports.
We are in the process of setting up display advertising space for sale to our forum members and others. Of course, Platinum members would receive a discount. There are a few programming issues since we do not want to "clutter" up the site like some other forums I have seen, so it will be a wee bit before this is complete.
So, Platinum members get to use signature advertising, post in the fthreads, and will receive a discount on advertising.
Additionally, we are developing a "Professional Services" corner where Platinum members can offer professional services. These "threads" will be viewable by the entire forum and guests, but only Platinum members can post the threads. So, if you do something like banner ads, accounting, programming, marketing, newsletters, etc, you will have a place to put this out to the world. This is separate from the referral threads and network opportunities. So, another "benefit" or bonus for Platinum membership is on the way.
