Hi GL,
I mean like in Shissas post above. The section at the bottom where April makes a comment, the framed section "Comments on this post".
How do I do that?

Aha, gotcha! Click on the heart at the bottom left of the post you wish to comment on. That is for adding reputation. You then can either agree or disagree and add a brief comment.

Like :
"Comments on this post
April agrees: VERY helpful" in some posts back.
I have the same problem.

Look for a red heart on the left side of the post under the person's information. Click on the red heart and you should be able to add to their "reputation". This opens the screen for making the "comment". I think you need to allow pop-ups for the site for it to work.

Also, there's some kind of a bug in the rep system. When you click to submit your rep & comments, it appears that it didn't go through. Click it a second time, however, and it tells you that you can't leave rep on the same post twice. It's a little odd, but your comments WILL show up.
