It means that once you go through the initial stage of expressing interest, if they decide to accept you, they will activate a link for a sign-up procedure. One of the forms you will sign electronically is the non-disclosure agreement. This will have to be done before they will accept any funds (I think).

Hi ajayriss,

The BC folder is still in the process of being opened, all the downtime with DXS has delayed it, as proof of BC membership will need to be supplied and the site needed to stay online to get that information.
