Breaking News - ASD Conf. Calls discontinued after Tuesday
We have just received word from ASD Corporate that Tuesday September 9, 2008 will be the last ASD corporate call until further notice.
ASD has been instructed by their legal council to discontinue the calls until the upcoming legal issues are addressed by the court.
Andy is following these instructions in an effort to protect the interest of everyone. This is
not his choice and he regrets not being able to communicate with us on a regular basis. It is critical that Andy and ASD Corporate follow the instructions of legal council.
ASD will notify us of any developments and we will post this information the moment things change.
The ruling from the Federal Court should be forth coming any day and we will post the outcome on this forum.
