Hi DGR. The reminder message appears for all users who have not posted for several weeks (I can't actually remember the exact number off the top of my head). It is supposed to only appear at the top of each page and should not interfere with the rest of the page.
If this it is interferring with the rest of the page then it may actually be an issue with your account or your browser. If you remember next time, would you mind dropping me a PM (or email me at
