A bit more information about this (which the more I am reading the better I am liking it) -

The owners of this program will be doing their own promoting which will include random referrals, so you don't even need to do any promotion yourself (although if you do you will obviously get a better return from it )

The owners also own a number of Traffic Exchanges out there which they will no doubt be using for their random referral promotions ... LOTS of traffic.
