I forgot to say thank you to moneybee for posting this for us

I should also explain what I meant by "better spoken than that". What I meant was, we have given Merv ample opportunity in emails for him to say words like "crap" and "screwed" and not once whether speaking to him in person or by email has he come out with anything other than talking professionally.
