Hello,
Concerning the DXGlobal Company renewals that are just coming out.
I got this information yesterday and I am only able to share some of it here as the majority of it was personal in nature.
If you have received a renewal notice know this, there will be another email soon about an option to spread your payments out over a twelve (12) month period. If you want to use this option you will be charged the $950.00 fee for the DXGC. There will need to be a down payment up front and the remainder will be paid over twelve months. Or you can take advantage of the credit and pay the discounted fee all at once.
Also know that there will be some new information about other legal means to own and operate your business on line and you will fall under the laws of Vanuatu. This should come out before the end of February 08.
I am not going to entertain any comments of a negative nature. This is just some information that I wanted to share with you about what is coming up.
To our future,
Charles

Article Title: Service Update
".........Our progress to position our services with a unique global trade platform has included working towards being able to combine a secure financial structure that can complete sales around the world using a network designed to minimize costs and operate seamlessly. The DXMerchant Global Network will now be able to move outside the limited area that they have been operating in to being involved where the potential is so great in world trade."
".........During the year we have been working on a new type of business model that combines a legal structure with the ability to operate electronically around the world through the Internet, this will now be achieved with the introduction of a new business product. The product is still to be named but it will be ideal for home businesses up to major companies and be most suitable for the small to larger size businesses that want to operate on the Internet in any type of sales with the equal standing to big business and be able to establish a strong credibility with their customers."

The E-Business Act was amended in 2007 and commenced on 11th February 2008. You'll find it here:
E-Business (Amendment) Act 2007
It fits into GDTs new business model. I guess it has been amended for that exact purpose. Seems as if DXS has been designed around the concept of a "Cybersuite" from day 1 as they have stated earlier. Makes sense!
Instead of all transactions going through the National Bank of Vanuatu, I suspect they will go through Federal-Gold and the Federal Reserve currencies which are both VFSC regulated.
This also fits with the "BizVan" product. Excerpt from the contract:
Quote:
This contract forms an agreement that provides you with a legal entity
As part of the e-business development in Vanuatu we are pleased to provide this contract to you as a legal entity, which will be registered with the VFSC...

Excerpts from the E-business Act:
